Warranty
All MIHAILIUC brand accessories are made using traditional artisanal methods using high quality materials.
The guarantee represents the certainty of the quality of the products sold by MIHAILIUC and applies to any product purchased through www.mihailiuc.ro.
The buyer's rights are ensured in accordance with Law OG 140/2021, on the sale of products and their associated guarantees, Law 296/2004, republished in 2008, on the consumer code, Ordinance no. 21/1992 updated in 2008, on the protection of buyers and Order no. 72/11.03.2010, on consumer information measures. Keep the tax invoice received upon purchase for any quality complaints that may be addressed to us during the warranty period.
The warranty period is 30 days from the date of delivery of the product. During this period, shipping and repair costs will be borne by the manufacturer. For problems that arise later, up to a maximum of one year from purchase, the shipping costs for the product repair are the responsibility of the customer, and we will do the repair with the greatest pleasure.
The guarantee will be provided within 15 calendar days from the date of notification.
Loss of the invoice leads to loss of the warranty.
CONDITIONS IN WHICH THE WARRANTY BECOME INAPPLICABLE OR VOID:
- Moral wear and tear and normal physical wear of the product;
- Discoloration of the product or some component parts following prolonged exposure to severe environmental factors (sun or other strong source of heat, humidity, rain, snow, etc.);
- Damage to the product due to calamities (fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, etc.), consequential or accidental accidents, arson or theft;
- Defects caused by transportation, handling and storage under improper conditions (excessive temperature and humidity, thermal shocks - hot/cold variations, immersion, etc.)
- Defects caused by improper, abusive, incorrect, modified use of the product and/or under improper conditions other than those for which it was tested and designed;
- Intervention, repair or modification made by unauthorized persons, including painting the product;
- Damage to the product caused, voluntarily or involuntarily, by mechanical shocks (breaking, hanging, hitting, scratching, etc.), pets, rodents and other pests;
- Poor maintenance (cleaning using inappropriate methods or products).
