We want every purchase to be a pleasant experience. If the product received does not meet your expectations, we offer you a simple and transparent return procedure.

Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a product return.

The item must be:

unused
unmodified
returned in its original packaging
complete, with all original accessories and tags

Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to the website using the email address used for placing orders: https://customer.mihailiuc.co/

2. In your Personal Account, you will find all placed orders and can easily initiate the return procedure.

3. After we receive the return form, we will send the courier to pick up the product you wish to return.

4. Shipping costs will be covered by us.

5. We will refund the amount for the return to your account within a maximum of 5 days from the moment the package reaches us.

*** Product Exchange

Products can be exchanged within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receiving the package, but we cannot offer free exchanges if it is not a defect or an error made by the MIHAILIUC team.

Thus, if you wish to exchange the product for another reason that is not due to our work, you will bear the shipping fee.
