Return & Exchange Procedure

We want every purchase to be a pleasant experience. If the item you received does not meet your expectations, we offer a simple and transparent return process.
Return period
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
The item must be:
- unused
- unaltered
- returned in its original packaging
- complete, with all original accessories and tags
Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for return.
If you would like to return a product, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the site using the email address you used to place your orders: https://customer.mihailiuc.co/
2. In your Personal Account you will find all orders placed and can easily initiate the return process.
3. After we receive your return form, we will send a courier to pick up the product you wish to return.
4. We will cover the shipping costs.
5. We will refund the amount for the return to your account within a maximum of 5 days from the moment the parcel arrives with us.
*** Product Exchange
Products can be exchanged within 14 calendar days of receiving the parcel; however, we cannot offer a free exchange unless there is a defect or an error made by the MIHAILIUC team.
Therefore, if you wish to exchange a product for a reason unrelated to our workmanship, you will be responsible for the shipping fee.
